Job Description

Giftagram seeks a driven, organized, and passionate Account Coordinator to join our Team. The ideal candidate would bring a customer-obsessed mindset to drive customer satisfaction and retention and a desire to build their business development, sales, and account management skill set. As an Account Coordinator, you will work closely with the Account Management and Business Operations teams to help ensure Giftagram's products and services consistently exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do


  • Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new customers by providing them with product training, assisting with account setup, and ensuring they have all the necessary resources to get started.


  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Giftagram’s products and services to guide customers and answer their questions accurately and effectively.


  • Customer Support: Help resolve customer challenges, monitor the health of customer accounts, identify red flags, and proactively mitigate churn risks.


  • Customer Experience: Work closely with the Account Management Team to help customers recognize value by supporting order fulfillment, reporting, ensuring positive and proactive communications, and supporting customer leads.


  • Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions.


  • Growth Initiatives: Support account management, speaking with customers, helping to manage routine renewal flows, coordinating meetings, and executive business review meetings.  Will help pull customer usage data and prep customer presentations.



Qualifications


  • Extreme ownership mentality 


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Experience maintaining customer relationships 


  • Excellent organizational skills in managing multiple customer accounts


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment 


  • Experience working with Google Suite, Hubspot, and Zendesk is considered an asset


  • Quick learner and are excited to take on challenging new projects


  • Comfortable with data organization and analysis; prior experience working with spreadsheets is an asset
